Puppy Questionnaire
Thank you for your interest in Rebel Land Labrador Retrievers. This questionnaire is designed to help me choose the right puppy for you and your family, based on your lifestyle and your goals for your puppy. No puppies will be chosen or picked prior to my evaluation of the litter at 8-9 weeks of age. I do not represent or sell any puppies as "show prospects". All companion puppies are sold on AKC LIMITED REGISTRATION ONLY.

What are some things you enjoy doing with your dog? Examples of lifestyle, activities, travel, exercise, etc.

Have you ever owned a Labrador Retriever?
If so, where did you purchase your Labrador? What activities did you pursue with your Labrador? Did you ever breed your Labrador Retriever?
Do you have plans to train your own dog in basic obedience skills? Do you plan to take obedience classes with your dog? Will you use a professional trainer?
On average, how many hours will your puppy be left alone during the day? Will you crate your puppy while you are away? Will your puppy live inside with your family?

What is your timeframe for adding a puppy to your family?
KEEP IN MIND...
1) the female dog is only available for breeding around every 6-9 months.
2) the gestation period for dogs (time they are pregnant) is 63 days.
3) and it will be another 8-9 weeks before the puppies will go to their new homes.
BECAUSE I am a preservation breeder, I continue to strive toward improving my dogs. Sometimes it takes months, even years, to plan a breeding. Once the dam and sire are chosen, we still have to go through the 3 steps above to get puppies! So good puppies are not instant! It does take time!
